Sales
Sales is where a priced offer becomes a customer commitment: a quote, a sales order, or a blanket agreement.
Why this works
Quotes, orders, and blanket sales orders are the customer documents. Pricing and markets are the configuration those documents use. A quote can become an order. A blanket agreement locks a price for later releases.
Sales Pipeline holds Quotes, Orders, and Blanket Sales Orders. Sales Configuration holds Pricing and Markets. Sales settings hold the workspace defaults for price lists, shipping, payment terms, and invoicing. The Sales menu has no Settings item.
Quote to cash enters here at Quote and leaves toward shipment and the customer invoice. Each screen page carries its own steps.
