Blanket Sales Orders
Create a long-term customer agreement (BLSO-) that locks pricing for later releases against an account and main contact.
Before you start
- The account and the main contact already exist.
How to
Go to Sales → Sales Pipeline → Blanket Sales Orders. Route: sales/sales.blanket-sales-order-table-with-pivoting.
- Choose Create Blanket Order. That opens Create Blanket Sales Order.
- Press Create. That runs Create Blanket Sales Order (
sales/sales.create-blanket-sales-order). - Choose Approve, then press Save. That runs Approve Blanket Sales Order (
sales/sales.approve-blanket-sales-order).
You should see Pending Approval (pending-approval) after Create, then Active (active) after Save. The number starts with BLSO-.

If this fails
